Have you ever come across a PDF which is password protected? Are you unable to open it or edit it in case it opens up? Are you looking for a suitable program or software which can open a password protected from PDF or recover it if lost?

Practically speaking, for an individual like me who loves to read, running into a locked PDF again and again is very irritating. If the PDF file is small in size, it is not that a big deal. Owner and Open Password:

With Owner/ Permission password encryption, you are allowed to view the document, but cannot do any modification, or print the PDF. But with Open Password restriction the PDF file will not even open.
